Purchases & Refunds

If you have had trouble getting your transaction completed, it may be due to a credit card error. There are a few common problems that could be the culprit. First, make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or the charge may be rejected. Next, please make sure you have correctly entered the expiration date and CVV code – this is a common cause of transaction failure.
There are a variety reasons we do give refunds, such as an overpayment of your account, a final bill, or a point of sale error or a product fault. However, if we investigate a request and decide that a charge is valid, we won’t give a refund. How we process different refunds For credit balances on a final bill or an overpayment you have made, we normally provide a refund directly to your bank account. This is our preferred method. Refunds to your bank account can take up to five business days. We can also give a refund by cheque, or transfer the amount to another related account. Cheque refunds may take up to 28 business days. What about refunds for products or services? When we provide refunds on Abundance College products or services, it is usually in the form of credits which we apply to your account. Sometimes these refunds can take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your account. If you’re requesting a refund for a product or service, we recommend you keep the service request number (SR 1-1111111111111) which we issue to you for your records.
If you have an Abundance College coupon code you want to use towards a new course, you can add it on the checkout page. Coupon codes can't be applied to existing courses or programs. To use your coupon: When entering your payment on the checkout page, click Redeem a coupon below your payment method Enter your code Click Apply Note: Only Abundance College gift cards can be used to pay for courses and programs. Other types of coupons (ex: referral credit, promotional coupons) can't be applied toward the cost of a course or program. Having trouble with your code?
